Akrofuom DCE hopeful pledges development, youth empowerment:

Madam Cynthia Antwiwaa, an aspiring District Chief Executive (DCE) for Adansi Akrofuom in the Ashanti region, has expressed strong confidence in her chances and has pledged equitable development and youth empowerment for the district.
Speaking in an interview at the NDC’s Ashanti Regional office in Kumasi, Mad Antwiwaa highlighted the lack of development in the Adansi Akrofuom district, vowing to address this if selected as DCE.
Antwiwaa emphasized her track record within the NDC, citing her hard work and successful campaigns as key factors in the party’s victory in the area. She promised to prioritize youth empowerment, aiming to create more employment opportunities and support the government’s 24-hour economy initiative.
“I’ll always be accessible to everyone, regardless of their political background, religion, or gender,” Mrs Antwiwaa stated. “We’ll ensure the youth are empowered, helping them secure jobs and create employment for others.”
One of six aspirants vying for the Akrofuom DCE position, Mrs. Antwiwaa is the only female candidate. As part of the first group of 200 aspirants, she expressed hope of being appointed by John Dramani Mahama.
