President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Nigeria has assured Ghana’s President John Dramani Mahama of Nigeria’s support and cooperation.
In a congratulatory message during the inaugural ceremony of the new president, Tinubu praised Ghana for its outstanding feat in democracy, describing it as a mark of democratic glory in Africa.
Tinubu commended President Mahama on his assumption of office in a peaceful environment, expressing hope in his leadership and vision for Ghana.
He further stated that Nigeria is committed to providing support to Ghana whenever called upon.
“You can count on Nigeria anytime you call on me,” Tinubu assured President Mahama. He underscored the commitment of the Nigerian government to strengthening bilateral ties with Ghana and promoting regional cooperation.
